Leah Seward - Senior - Captain
BIO - Leah is the daughter of Sheryle and Luke Seward. She has an older brother Matt (20) and a golden retriever named "Maxx".
Indoor Track '05 - Leah has been a part of three indoor relay record-setting teams. Besides the shuttle dash relay record team (3rd @ state relays) and long jump relay (5th @ state relays) she was a member of the record-setting 6th place relay team at the Elite Invitational. She placed third in the Hockomock Championship 300M and won the non-scoring long jump. Leah became the school's first indoor long jump record holder. She currently has an indoor PR of 15'9.75.
Outdoor Track '04 - Leah Seward continues to rack up points and improve her spot on North Attleboro's Career Scoring list. She is currently ranked 14th and has gone over 100 points for the second consecutive year. She moved up to the #4 spot on the all-time list in the 400M with a 59.9, #3 all-time in the long jump at 17'0.5" and #2 all-time in triple jump at 34'8.5". She was a member of the winning 4X1 at the Class B Relays (50.0) and Hockomock Championships (50.3). Leah also placed 3rd in Hocks in both the 200M and triple jump and was 6th in the 100M at the State Coaches Invitational.
Indoor Track - Having played basketball her freshman sophomore years, Leah is in her first year of indoor track. By mid-season she has already qualified for state competition in the 50, 300, 600 and 4X400M.
Outdoor Track - In outdoor track Leah was North Attleboro's leading scorer in 2003. She placed in the Hockomock League Championship in both the 400M and triple jump and ran third leg on the league championship 4 X 100M championship team. As a member of the 4X100M Leah went on to place 5th in the state finals and 7th in the New England Championships. Leah was a member of the 4X100, 4X200M and long jump relay teams that placed first at the State Class B Relays. She is a member of the school record teams for both the 4X200 and long jump relay. Leah capped her sophomore season by being named the team MVP. She has also been honored as a Sun Chronicle and Hockomock League All-Star.
Soccer - Leah has been both a Hockomock League All-Star and Sun Chronicle All-Star in soccer. Sophomore year she stepped into the role of sweeper and was named the team's Defensive MVP.

Other Accomplishments - Leah is an outstanding student and currently ranks #1 in the junior class in GPA. She is also an accomplished pianist with eight years of experience. Among her many awards are the United States National Science Merit Award, the United States National Honor Roll Award and the United States National Physical Education Award.

Leah was also a Massachusetts finalist for the Wendy's High School Heismann Award. She was accepted to Brown University as an early decision candidate and will enroll there in the Fall.
