Alex Kostaras - Junior

Cross Country '07 - This is her first year of cross country and she has excelled, placing between the 2nd and 4th spot for North in every meet.Her times have dropped from meet to meet. It appears her sprinting days may be over.

Prior Experience - Alex started running in her sophomore year. Indoors she shifted between the 300M and 600M. Outdoors she ran sprints, but toward the end of the season showed promise in the 800M and mile. At the league championships outdoors she won the unseeded heat of the 800M. Her PR in the event was 2:43.
