Throughout the race there are white lines directing the runners (except on the track).

Bathrooms are located in the concession stand.

 

Start at the end of the track chute closest to the concession stand.

Do a lap around the track counterclockwise.

Recross the start line and follow the tar path out the gate.

Bear left and follow lines to the soccer hill.

Go down the hill to the soccer field.

Bear right and circle the field in a counter clockwise direction.

Halfway back up the hill bear right into the woods.

Follow the path back up to the gate.

Reenter the track,

Go halfway around the track and out the back gate.

Stay to the right of the discus cage and follow lines in a counter clockwise direction around the back fields. This includes around the detention pond, field hockey field and back toward the track.

Get on tar path near the track and follow it to the back gate.

Enter the back gate.

Do NOT reenter the track! Stay to the right and go behind the visiting side bleachers.

Pass in front of the concession stand and take a right out the gate to redo the soccer field.

Continue to follow the same route as loop 1.

That includes the soccer field, cutting through the track, the back field and all the way to the concession stand.

The second time you reach the concession stand you head straight to the tar path, take a left and re-enter the track. Follow the track to the finish line.

Distance = 3.0 miles.
